The share capital of the Trust consists of Ordinary Shares of 1p. Up-to-date details of the number of shares in issue are detailed below in the Share Buy-back table.
The Trust has no fixed duration. However, in accordance with the Articles of Association, an ordinary resolution will again be proposed at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (and, if passed, at every third subsequent Annual General Meeting) that the Trust continues to manage its affairs as an investment trust.
