Dividends on the Ordinary Shares are normally paid half-yearly during February and August in respect of each financial year.
The Trust’s policy is to distribute a significant proportion of its net revenue (after payment of expenses and taxation) in the form of dividends paid to Ordinary Shareholders. As an investment trust, the Trust must not retain, in respect of any accounting period, an amount which is greater than 15% of its income for such accounting period. Ordinary Shareholders are entitled to receive all such dividends.
Zero Dividend Preference Shareholders are not entitled to receive dividend payments.
The Trust operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) which is available to all Shareholders.
The DRIP's Terms and Conditions are available on request by calling the Link Asset Services Shareholder Helpline on 0871 664 0300* (or if overseas on +44 (0) 37 1664 0300), by emailing Link using shareholder.services@linkgroup.co.uk, or from the Share Portal at www.signalshares.com.
